GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: As Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be the go-to person for PicoBong’s brand positioning, product launch strategies and yearly campaigns, working with talented designers, copywriters and communications specialists to generate amazing content for diverse owned and earned media channels. Focused on the US, European and Australian markets, this position is situated in our global marketing office, located down-town Shanghai. Get in touch if you wish to find out more about bringing a new dimension to the sex-lives of millions – there are few more exciting marketing challenges around today.BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCreatively and analytically map and manage the PicoBong brand initiatives for 2014 and beyond, from concept through to executionCoordinate product and POSM portfolio, identifying new initiatives and streamlining resources to benefit both on online and B&M salesOversee and structure all marketing and promotional requests from the local and regional sales teams with creative teamFlexibly respond to a wide range of projects from implementing new digital marketing strategies, to preparing videos and photoshoots that take the brand to a new level. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPSThe PicoBong Brand Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Brand Coordinator and Global Marketing Manager, cooperating and communicating horizontally with marketing and research specialists, graphic designers, and PR teams across the organization.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, skills & abilities:Genuine passion for building a brand, organized with extreme attention to detail, creative flair and attitude is a must! Great communication skills with the ability to create rapport and marketing strategy buy-in on a global level, strong copywriting skills a definite plus!Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, no back-seat team candidates requiredCopywriting skills a plusNative English-level communication is essentialMinimum educational level:Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, communications or related field. Preferred experience:Minimum 3 years marketing experience, agency background welcomed.
