Job Description

We are a performance training center for elite athletes age typically 8-18. We are looking for individuals passionate about health and wellness, wanting to inspire young men and women to be the best versions of themselves.

We work specifically with elementary, junior high and high school athletes. We are looking for coaches who want to get into sport specific training and prefer coaches with a background in athletics.

You will be working in small groups (3-5 athletes) and 1 on 1 with our athletes. You will be responsible for managing a team of 15-30 clients making sure they have updated performance charts, body composition testing and reprogramming.

We are looking for coaches that do have prior experience in coaching and personal training. Coaches with experience and no certification may be considered dependent on experience but we will make sure you get certified if you are selected.

We are opening new facilities within the next 2 years, there will be opportunities to step into management, head trainer positions and other growth opportunities. If growth is important for you, you will get that here.

Pay is hourly but we are adding commissions to incentivize performance for our staff. Depending on experience, qualifications and background you'll be anywhere from $15-18 hourly and has the ability to make more with our uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop a comprehensive program that will meet their health and fitness goals.
• Manage a client base of 30 clients.
• Be aware of body mechanics and prevent injuries.
• Be knowledgeable of current exercises and programs.
• Work in an environment where close communications with clients and co-workers is required.
• Assist clients in maintaining proper nutrition to maximize their results.
• Monitor clients' progress to ensure fitness goals are being met.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• AED Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• CSCS (Preferred)
