This tech Founder in San Francisco, is seeking a capable yet down to earth Personal Assistant to help manage their personal life and projects. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to support a high-energy executive with numerous personal and professional commitments.

The role: Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time)

The City : San Francisco (Hybrid as needed, with in-person availability)

Compensation : Starting at $100-120k DOE

The Ideal Candidate : Highly organized, self-sufficient, discreet, and resourceful; flexible & the ability to multi-task!

The Day-to-Day :

• Oversee the organization and functionality of the home, ensuring it's well-stocked and maintained
• Coordinate and manage personal travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations
• Handle errands, shopping, and seasonal tasks like gift buying and home décor
• Plan and execute casual in-home events, managing everything from setup to coordination
• Manage household service providers, such as cleaners, contractors, and maintenance personnel
• Lead and take ownership of household projects independently
• Gradually assume responsibility for managing multiple properties and complex travel logistics
• Schedule and organize personal appointments and social events, ensuring seamless coordination

• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cost-effective solutions
• Comfortable with casual communication and a relaxed style
• Strong grasp of household logistics and organization
• Resourceful and hands-on, able to execute without relying on outside help
