A Japanese company is looking for Passenger Service (Airport ID Issuing officer) – Japanese Bilingual

**** This position is for Japanese Bilingual ONLY *****

Work hours:

・Day time shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (30 minutes lunch break)

・Night time shift: 5:15pm – 2:00am (45 minutes break)

・5 days a week ( including Saturday and Sunday )

Position: Passenger Service (Airport ID Issuing officer)

Location: JFK International Airport

Employment Type: Temp (long term, full time)

START: ASAP

Pay: $21.25/hr (Training), $23.38/hr (After becoming Airport ID Issuing officer )

Hours: Total 35-40 hours /week (It may change due to a flight schedule.)

Main Duty (Passenger Service Agent):

• Assist passengers during pre-departure and post-arrival operations as well as handling services for passengers at check-in counter, lounge, and terminal at JFK International Airport, NY.

Authorized Signatory Duty (Airport ID issuing officer duties):

• Contact new staff to process airport ID application to get personal information for airport ID application and CBP seal
• Submit application to the PANYNJ through the Credentialing Portal
• Book appointment for Fingerprint/ID pick-up/SIDA Training/Add-on CBP seal
• Review the SIDA Certificate with new staff before they take the SIDA Training Class
• Update Quarterly Report (every 3 months)
• TSA Audit [once a year]

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hospitality, Airline, Tourism related Major are a plus.
• Passionate about customer service and have relevant education or work experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (Business Level in both Language)
• Required to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
