Part-Time Nanny – Briarcliff Manor, NY

A warm, fun-loving family is seeking an energetic and compassionate Part-Time Nanny to care for their 5.5-year-old son. This is a long-term role for someone who is kind, active, and experienced working with children with ADHD.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Guaranteed 20 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
$25–$30 per hour
Mileage reimbursement for driving child to activities (car not provided)
Guaranteed hours each week
One week paid vacation, 2 sick days, and 2 personal days,10 holidays
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet child at the bus stop (2:35 PM) and supervise after-school routine
Provide snack/light meal
Drive to after-school activities and therapy appointments (all within 10 minutes; Mondays up to 25 minutes)
Engage in fun, active play while maintaining healthy boundaries
Support child with ADHD needs (allow decompression time, implement reward chart, provide structure and encouragement)
Ensure safety at all times (including supervision around indoor pool)
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (own car required; mileage reimbursed)
Experience caring for children with ADHD or other special needs preferred
Strong swimming skills (due to indoor pool)
CPR/First Aid certification required
