Now Hiring: OTR Owner Operators (85% Gross Pay) – Marvel Logistics Inc.

A semi-truck driving through a vast desert landscape, representing the opportunities for OTR owner operators nationwide.

Marvel Logistics Inc., established in 2021 in Nashville, TN, is a dynamic and growing over-the-road trucking company. We are now hiring experienced Owner Operator truck drivers to join our fleet under our MC/DOT authority . This is a nationwide OTR opportunity with an exceptional pay package – we’re offering 90% of the gross load revenue to our owner-operators (special offer for the first 3* qualified hires)! If you are an independent trucker with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hot Shot , Car Hauler , or Power Only* equipment, we want to partner with you.

• Optional Trailer Rental: Don’t have a trailer? No problem – we offer trailer rental options (e.g. dry van or flatbed) if needed. You can run Power Only under our authority or lease a trailer from us to expand the loads you can haul.
• Fuel Discounts & Perks: We offer a fuel card program with fuel discounts at major truck stops, helping you save on one of your biggest expenses. Plus, our team provides compliance support (IFTA reporting, permit guidance, etc.) to assist with paperwork while you focus on driving.
• Nationwide OTR Lanes: Run coast-to-coast or regionally as you prefer. We operate in all 48 continental states, so you can drive the routes that work best for you. Enjoy the freedom of flexible home time – stay out as long as you want (minimum 12 days out at a time is requested for OTR) and take home time when you need.

Owner Operator Requirements & Qualifications

• CDL-A Experience: Valid of verifiable driving experience (OTR experience preferred). Safe driving record with no major violations or accidents. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Own Equipment: You own or lease a truck (tractor) in good working condition. We prefer trucks 8 years old or newer with a current DOT annual inspection (to ensure reliability and compliance). Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hot Shot, Car Hauler, and Power Only units are all acceptable.
• Operating Authority: Willing to run under Marvel Logistics Inc.’s authority (MC/DOT). We handle primary cargo and liability insurance for loads under our authority, but you must carry bobtail/physical damage insurance for your vehicle and have current registration.
• Costs Responsibility: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your operating expenses: truck registration & plates, permits, IFTA fuel taxes, fuel, insurance, and maintenance . (We can assist in setting up plates/IFTA accounts, but fees are borne by the owner-operator.) This structure is why we can offer such a high 90% gross pay – you keep more because you manage your own expenses.
• Work Ethic: Willing to drive OTR nationwide and stay out a minimum of 12 consecutive days per trip. Owner-Operators should be dependable and professional. We seek those looking for a long-term partnership (minimum 1-year commitment is desired) to grow with our company.
