Josh Landscape Co. is a fast-paced landscape company looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
• Greet walk-in
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to managers and field staff.
• First impressions with general/light office cleaning daily
• Assisting where needed and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative or office support experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google, Social Media)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Self Starter
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
