Job Description

Daily Sales Bookkeeper and Receptionist/Office Support.

Part-Time 3 days a week, 8 am to 4 pm, Wednesday - Fri

Occasional coverage Sat - Tue (when other bookkeepers request time off).

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Reconciliation
• Employee Transactions Audit
• Cash Bank Reconciliations
• Data Entry
• Answering Phones
• Assisting Receptionists with Reservations
• Special Projects as needed by management and direct bookkeeper manager
