Position: Occupational Therapist (School-Based)
Location: Lompoc, CA (Multiple School Sites)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Approx. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Hours: 37.5 billable hours/week (Part-time applicants also considered)
Orientation: All hours are billable
Licensure Requirement: Active California Occupational Therapist License
Role Overview: This is an onsite school-based Occupational Therapist role working across multiple campuses. The therapist will provide direct therapy services, evaluations, and support for students to help promote independence and participation in educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy in alignment with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Participate in IEP meetings when required
Travel between assigned school locations as scheduled
Additional Requirements:
Must complete fingerprinting on-site prior to start date
Candidate must arrive at least 1 week before the scheduled start to complete onboarding requirements
If fingerprint clearance is delayed, start date may be adjusted
