We're hoping to find someone experienced, reliable, and caring who can grow with our family over time. Schedule: Mon-Wed, 8am-4pm (24 hrs/week) Responsibilities: * Bottles, solids, diapering * Age-appropriate play and engagement * Supporting developmental milestones * Light baby-related tidying (bottles, pump parts, toys) Requirements: * Strong infant experience * CPR/First Aid certified * Knowledge of infant development * TrustLine (or willing to apply) * Reliable transportation; non-smoker * Comfortable with a parent working from home * Open to a growing family long-term We're looking for someone who is warm, dependable, and truly enjoys caring for infants.
