Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors, and bank branches.
Identify partnership opportunities and foster strong business relationships through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
Gain expertise in company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements to provide exceptional service to clients.
Analyze financial and credit data in detail to match consumer needs with suitable loan programs and risk levels.
Increase visibility for the company in the marketplace, ensuring a strong presence and reputation.
Visit the partner portal for detailed pricing and compensation plans.

Requirements:
A valid NMLS GA state license is required.
2+ years of successful experience in external or outside retail mortgage origination, with a focus on self-sourced business.
Proven sales skills with the ability to meet production standards set for branch performance.
Comprehensive knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and real estate transaction processes.
Understanding of industry standards related to Fannie Mae® and other major mortgage entities.
