Job Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is now in search of a Bank Notary Signing Agent to work remotely.

SUMMARY:

You will be meeting with clients throughout the week for real estate lender signings. This is an independent contractor role and you will receive 1099. You must be a U.S. citizen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Meet with clients at their homes or office to sign bank documents for their purchase or refinance.
Show the client where to sign, explain what they are signing, and notarize their signature.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Notary Public in your state.
Experience explaining legal documents.
Ability to travel by automobile in your coverage area.
Pass a background check
Must be on time, professional, fluent in English, and tech-savvy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a computer to receive and print documents.
Our company will supply you with printing supplies.

PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
