Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Dispatching Mobile Service Trucks As Service Is Requested
• Facilitating Customer Repairs
• Greeting Customers As They Enter the Service Department
• Communicating with Customers Throughout the Repair Process
• Ensuring That Customers Understand the Process from Start to Repair Completion
• Preparing Paperwork for Customers
• Managing Several Computer Systems Simultaneously
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Service Advisor Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Graduate (Ged Equivalent)
• Has a Great Personality
• Can Work in a Fast-paced Environment
• Good Organization Skills
• Detail Oriented and Flexible
• Dependable, Ethical, Honest, Accountable, Trustworthy, Must Be a Team Player, and Have a Positive Attitude
