Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Maintain the existing Air Watch MDM platform, including device enrolment, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance monitoring for iPhones, iPads and Android devices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for mobile device issues across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
• Maintain Verizon, AT&T and other Vendor Support Portals for cellular devices
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure mobile device policies align with organizational standards.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and implement required improvements to enhance user experience and security posture.
• Work on the assessment, planning, and phased migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune, including stakeholder engagement, pilot testing, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Keep the Met Council leadership updated and current with industry trends and best practices in endpoint management and mobile security.
• Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge transfer

Mandatory Skills:

1. 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch administration.
2. 2 years of combined experience using Air Watch MDM software, mobile OS platforms, and enterprise mobility architecture
3. 2 years of experience with cellular activations on Vendor portals such as Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.
4. 1 year of combined experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with Intune deployment or migration projects.
2. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, or AZ-104).
3. Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and conditional access policies.
4. Experience integrating MDM with identity and access management solutions.
5. Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools
