The Opportunity
We are seeking skilled and dependable Medication Technicians (Med Techs / CMAs) to join our nationwide team. In this role, you will assist residents in senior living and long-term care settings by safely administering medications and supporting daily care routines under established protocols.
Responsibilities:
· Administer prescribed medications according to state regulations and facility policies.· Record and document medication dosages, times, and resident responses.
· Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervising nurses.
· Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant medication administration environment.
What You’ll Bring:
· Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide or Technician program.· Active state certification/licensure where applicable.
· Attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.

Pay & Schedule:
· Pay Range: $24–$28 per hour
Rates may vary by location, shift type, and experience level, paid bi-weekly unless state regulation requires a different pay frequency
· Schedule: Per diem, Part time to start
