We believe in clear expectations, fair pay, and leadership that actually supports you. This job ad is for a caregiver/medication aide position at our Fardale location located at 3031 W. Fardale Avenue, Milwaukee on Milwaukee's Southside (27th Street & Loomis Road).

Pay & Raise Policy

• Starting pay: $16.00/hour
• Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
• Wage cap: $18.00/hour
• At the cap?You’ll receive an annual  cost of living bonus , paid out over time instead of a raise
• Schedule : All shifts available - all schedules include every other weekend
• Shift differentials: Dependent on the shift and location

Medication Aide Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
• Administer medications
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
• Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards

Medication Aide Requirements

• CBRF certification is required
• Must pass a caregiver background check
• Strong attendance and professionalism
• Compassionate and reliable team player
