We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities. **Massage Therapist - Bentonville, AR** **Part-time, 6-15 hours per week** Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a **Massage Therapist** to join the team at our new state-of-the-art facility in **Bentonville, Arkansas** . In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional table and/or chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests. _Looking for a therapist that can work any of these shifts:_ _Weekday afternoons 1pm-8pm; Saturdays 8am-5pm; Sundays 10am-4pm_ **Key Accountabilities** + Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer. + General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided. + Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site table and/or chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down). + Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies. **Minimum Requirements** + Massage Therapy License for the state of Arkansas required. + Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. + 2+ years of massage therapy experience required. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. + Experience in a wide range of techniques strongly preferred. + Good communication skills; listening and verbal. Compensation: this is a commissioned position.
