Position Overview:

The Marketing Events Coordinator will play a critical role in driving LendingOne’s marketing success through the strategic planning and seamless execution of company events and conferences. This position will focus primarily on event management while also supporting broader marketing initiatives, including social media publishing, landing page creation, and administrative tasks. 

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Boca Raton Headquarters.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The following qualifications and responsibilities serve as a position overview and are not exhaustive. Employees are expected to be team players and may take on additional tasks as needed.

• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve problems proactively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execute Events: Manage all aspects of sales events, including industry conferences, trade shows, private dinners, and networking receptions—from concept through post-event analysis.
• Coordinate Conference Logistics: Oversee event registration, booth selection, speaking opportunities, and all required documentation.
• Manage Booth Presence: Source booth materials, coordinate setup and tear-down logistics, and develop engaging gamification strategies to drive attendee interaction.
• Oversee Event Communications: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute pre- and post-event communication strategies, including email campaigns and social media promotions.
• Handle Budgets & Logistics: Track event expenses, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely shipping of event materials while maintaining organized inventory.
• Support Digital Marketing: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms and building basic marketing landing pages.

• Manage Marketing Operations: Maintain the marketing calendar, process invoices, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
