Job Title: Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and projects for Amplēo to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role oversees all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, social media, public relations, and campaign management. The Marketing Director will strategically support multiple businesses with the support of fractional marketing teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan. Primarily focused on Amplēo’s fractional services with additional strategic support for other Amplēo businesses.
  • Oversee branding, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels across multiple Amplēo businesses.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media for demand and lead generation.
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, measuring performance and ROI.
  • Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, and other promotional materials with a fractional marketing team and agencies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
