Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outreach and Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to enhance our organization's visibility and engagement within the community. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, strong communication skills, the ability to build community relationships, and the ability to think quickly on your feet to get things done. Simply, you're responsible for external new patients.

No chiropractic experience required, but you must be health-minded, self-driven, and excited to leave the world a better place than you found it.

In addition to base pay, a commission/bonus structure of at least $20k is expected, with uncapped bonuses.

What does the job look like?

You will

• Work independently to develop and nurture community partnerships with local gyms, businesses, or other places to conduct regular ongoing event marketing.
• Spearhead a corporate wellness program that involves lead acquisition, followup, and nurturing to obtain lunch and learns in local businesses. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with public speaking to small groups.
• Represent us at local street festivals, homeshows, and anywhere people gather. You may be with our in-office team, or you may be working independently.
• Follow up on digital leads as quickly as possible.
• Manage our social media accounts.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to engage target audiences and bring new patients into our office.
• Work closely with our clinic director to maintain operational efficiency.
• Liaise with our in-office team and help direct internal campaigns.
• The ideal candidate will also know or be willing to learn digital advertising strategies for Meta and Google.

This position will include weekends and may at times have a floating schedule based on pre-determined event schedule and goals. Specific schedules will be known well in advance.

What are we looking for?

Someone who has

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or public speaking. If not, do you have a natural skill to lead people through messaging and persuasion?
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthy habits, and generally wants to help others be healthy, too.
• A flexible schedule.
• A basic understanding of tech, including social media, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Chat GPT. Bonus if you also know other AI tools such as veed.io.

Someone who is

• A quick learner, resourceful, and flexible.
• Outgoing, goal-oriented, and outreach-driven. Your work improves lives.
• Able to work independently and with a team, and can work closely with our clinic director.
• Willing to learn or already knows Facebook and Google ads.
• A relationship builder that is also driven towards outcomes.
