Get to Know Your Team: * UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities

• Perform all procedures relevant to breast imaging
• Utilize a comprehensive approach to breast health in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service: the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van
• Participate in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills

Qualifications Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology
• One year as a Radiologic technologist
• One year as a mammography technologist
• Currently certified AART and Texas Department of Health
• Certified in mammography
• CPR certified
• American Cancer Society certified Breast Self Exam instructor

Preferred Job Requirements * Mobile mammography experience
