Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise assigned)
Rate of Pay: $35.41/hour
Duties: The awarded candidate will have strong experience in the HVAC trade with demonstrated working knowledge of steam, hydronic and forced air heating systems along with their experience with refrigeration, chilled water, natural gas, electric, pneumatic and direct digital control (DDC) systems. Knowledge in general facilities maintenance security systems such as camera and card access are required to be successful in this position. This position will perform duties such as but not limited to preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC systems, such as pumps, boilers, Ahu’s exhaust fans, etc., along with security system repairs, additions and development. This position will be required to perform duties in all aspects of facilities maintenance.
Requirements: NYS Driver’s License; EPA Section 608 Universal Certification; and NYS Education Dept Fingerprinting
