Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Grow Social Media Presence: Oversee and grow our presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, driving engagement and increasing followers.
Edit and Post Video Content: Quickly and efficiently edit and post engaging video content that resonates with our audience.
Creative Content Creation: Brainstorm fresh, creative topics, hooks, and prompts for social media posts that capture attention.
Maintain Posting Schedule: Ensure a consistent posting schedule to maximize engagement and audience growth.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our team to develop content strategies that align with the podcast's overall vision and goals.
Stay on Trend: Keep up with social media trends and adapt content strategies to remain relevant and engaging.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with Social Media Audiences: Previous experience managing social media accounts with a following of at least 50,000 (personal or company brand).
Video Editing Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing, with an understanding of what works best on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative and engaging content ideas.
Organized and Reliable: Excellent organizational skills to maintain a consistent posting schedule and meet deadlines.
Independent and Flexible: Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule, while staying self-motivated.
