Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Machinist to perform precision machining operations that meet quality and schedule requirements. This role involves setting up and operating machines, interpreting prints, and inspecting parts to ensure accuracy. You'll work in a collaborative job shop environment with opportunities to learn multiple disciplines and grow your skills. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate machines efficiently across various machining disciplines - Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform preventative maintenance - Inspect parts to verify dimensions and meet tolerance standards - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members - Operate equipment safely and report hazards promptly  - Participate in cross-training and support process improvement - Identify hazards with a safety-first mindset - Interest in continuous improvement and process innovation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
