**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team, working on 5-axis CNC Mills during the swing shift. The role involves machining highly-complex aero-structures and space components. Our company is diversified in commercial aerospace, defense, and space manufacturing, with a vast defense portfolio including parts for missile beds and launch platforms. We specialize in complex hard metal and aluminum high-speed machining. **Responsibilities** + Operate 3, 4, & 5 axis vertical and horizontal CNC Mills. + Read blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and interpret GD&T. + Use micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and height gages. + Perform basic math, geometry, and trigonometry calculations. + Set up machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a machinist. + Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing. + Proficiency in working with aluminum and defense-related components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Makino MAG3 machines. + Ability to work with complex assemblies and large nutating head and gantry style machining. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and growth-oriented environment with a 401(k) plan featuring a 3% match, comprehensive dental and health insurance, and life insurance. With five manufacturing facilities, we provide a competitive environment in the industry. The swing shift operates Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
