As a Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.

• Second and Third Shift | $19.00 per hour

• First Shift | 6:50 AM – 3:40 PM
• Second Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:10 AM

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in a skilled trade preferred
• 5+ years of experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and welders
• Millwright or electrician certification preferred
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
• Physically able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for full shifts

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision tools
• Test machine operations periodically
• Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
• Identify and report machine-related defects or errors
• Maintain logs of production activity and unit quality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
