Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Lot Porter/Service Valet at Lustig Automotive Holdings in Westminster, California. As a Lot Porter/Service Valet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership's lot, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, and the ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Employees also have the opportunity for career growth and development within our company. Starting hourly pay is $16.00 per hour. Up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and showroom
• Park and arrange vehicles in an orderly manner
• Keep the lot free of debris and ensure all vehicles are properly displayed
• Assist with moving vehicles, as needed
• Retrieve and park customer vehicles for service appointments
• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with small tasks in the service department, such as vehicle washes and tire rotations
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in automotive industry or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
