Looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual with the ability to organize, problem-solve, coordinate, and administer multiple assignment concurrently. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player performing a variety of functions to negotiate, administer, monitor, and track all procurement activity. 

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors and three (3) years of experience; Additional four (4) years experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance to begin work on the contract; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

Candidate must be customer focused and possess the following abilities:

• Develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex procurement challenges
• Have excellent verbal and written communication and presentations skills
• Ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple work phases
• Manage and track procurement activity that meet specifications, quality, budget, and schedule
• Ensure all procurement actions are in accordance with applicable requirements (FARS / DFARS)
• Close out purchase orders upon receipt and final payment of all deliverable items
• Must also have strong PC skills and be proficient with Excel and PDF
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
