The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Loan Officer to join our close-knit team. What You'll Do

  • Guide Financial Journeys : Work directly with members to understand their needs, analyze their financial situation, and craft personalized lending solutions
  • Drive Lending Excellence: Process and underwrite consumer and home-equity loans while maintaining our high standards for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage Collections Accounts: Conduct professional calls and procure payment arrangements to resolve delinquent accounts
  • Title Processing: Process and track vehicle titles, working within the guidelines of various state requirements to ensure proper lien documentation and filing of records
  • Champion Member Success: Transform complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice for our members
  • Shape Our Future : Contribute to the strategic growth of our lending department while upholding our commitment to member service

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years of lending or financial services experience
  • Sharp analytical skills and comfort with evaluating credit reports and loan applications
  • A natural talent for building relationships and explaining complex topics simply
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • NMLS certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain)
