Litigation Support Clerk

100-125k, Hybrid

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 100 Law Firm seeking to add a Litigation Support Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating the filing and service of legal documents in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
Support attorneys and paralegals with procedural inquiries and deadlines.
Help maintain and update firm databases, calendars, and document management systems.
Monitor case activity and ensure compliance with applicable rules and protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow and improve department efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Legal Studies background is required.
3+ Years of Litigation support in a Law Firm required.
Familiarity with court systems and electronic filing platforms is a plus.
