Responsibilities
Full time position. In-office associate insurance agent, producer, customer service representative. Shared tasks and team responsibilities.
Daily responsibilities include account customer service, incoming referral sales, customer retention, processing renewals and coverage changes, certificates of insurance, non-pay cancellation reminders, insurance re-underwriting, re-marketing, policy download management, etc.
Qualifications
Insurance Property and Casualty license required. Prior insurance/agency office experience preferred. High school diploma required.
Compensation
$50,000 base salary plus 50/50 split new business commission and ongoing sales and retention incentives. IRA available with 3% employer match. Group medical/credit available.
Guaranteed annual year-end sales bonus. Paid vacation and holidays. 38.5 hour work week. No weekends. 1st year projected compensation package for a newly licensed agent: $60,000-$75,000. No income cap. Licensed CSR with prior experience first year projected income: $65,000-$100,000. No income cap.
Hours
Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Friday, 9am to 4:00pm.
Weekends - closed.
