We are a leading provider of virtual mental health services, committed to expanding access to high-quality care. We're seeking talented and dedicated LCSWs to join our growing team of tele-therapists and provide vital support to clients across Texas.
What You'll Do:
As a Tele-therapist, you'll provide essential mental health services, including intake assessments, therapy sessions, and counseling, all through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. You'll have the opportunity to:
Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve their mental wellness goals.
Analyze the psychological and psychosocial dynamics of individuals and their relationships to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Collaborate with a supportive treatment team to develop, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain detailed progress notes and discharge summaries, ensuring continuity of care.
Create and maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.
Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific treatment needs and reinforce individual treatment plans.
Provide valuable observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Bring:
Valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas (required).
1-3 years of experience post-licensure.
A passion for providing exceptional mental health care and a genuine desire to help others.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
An established and up-to-date CAQH profile is a plus!
