What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive mental health services, including intake assessments, therapy sessions, and counseling.
Analyze the psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Actively participate in treatment team meetings to develop, coordinate, and implement effective care plans.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date progress notes and discharge summaries.
Create and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.
Facilitate therapeutic groups addressing specific treatment issues and reinforcing treatment plans.
Provide valuable observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What You'll Bring:
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia.
Ability to practice independently (provisional licenses or those requiring supervision are not eligible).
1-3 years of experience post-licensure.
A passion for providing accessible and high-quality mental healthcare.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred).
