What You'll Do:
Provide tele-therapy services, including intake, therapy, and counseling, through a HIPAA-compliant online platform.
Analyze the psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care.
Prepare and maintain progress notes and discharge summaries.
Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all clients.
Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific treatment issues.
Provide observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team context.
Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What You'll Bring:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure (required).
Licensure in Texas (preferred).
Ability to practice independently (required).
1-3 years of experience post-unrestricted licensure (preferred).
Comfort with technology.
Strong communication skills.
Established and updated CAQH profile (strongly preferred).
Position Logistics:
Schedule is determined collaboratively to meet your needs and the organization's needs. Operating hours are 7 days a week, 7 am-11 pm.
100% remote position.
Private office space in your home (or other location) is required for client confidentiality.
Compensation:
$34 - $41 per hour. The final offer will be based on skills, experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors.

At 24 hours/week, you become eligible for CME credits and flexible time off. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, etc.) begin at 30 hours/week.
