Your New Role: Lead Insulation Installer

Leadership Expectations:1. To excel in communication: by articulating ideas, providing feedback, and actively listening to their team.
2. Leaders must take accountability for their actions and their team’s outcomes without shifting blame.
3. Additionally, they must be solution-oriented , approaching challenges with practical solutions rather than complaints

Key Responsibilities

• Assess job sites to identify insulation needs, safety concerns, and project requirements
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for optimal job readiness
• Lead a team of 2-7 installers , ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for crew, management, and customers
• Perform hands-on installation, including attics, crawl spaces, walls, and drill-and-fill projects
• Guide your team in using materials like fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and radiant barriers
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to confirm job quality and satisfaction
• Document job details, including time logs, materials, and project notes
• Report any issues, delays, or scope changes to management
• Maintain a clean, safe job site with proper waste disposal
• Stay updated on insulation techniques and suggest improvements

• 1-3 years of hands-on insulation installation experience , including working with various materials and techniques
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading small teams
• Strong customer service abilities and clear on-site communication
• Must live within 30 miles of Van Nuys, CA
• Ability to accurately document job details to support project management
