Your New Role

As a Lead Insulation Installer, you’ll oversee all aspects of insulation projects, guiding a team to deliver exceptional results. Every job site will be an opportunity for you to set a higher standard in insulation, protecting homes and elevating the industry.

• Lead and supervise installation teams for high-quality, efficient project completion
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams for project planning and scheduling
• Conduct on-site assessments and ensure site readiness
• Install various insulation types following strict safety and quality standards
• Mentor junior installers to foster skill growth and a commitment to excellence
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, representing Insulation Commandos’ values

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential home services (insulation experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Expertise in insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques, especially in attics and crawlspaces
• Strong communication skills for both team interaction and homeowner relations
• Dedication to safety and industry standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
