Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration

Technicians and Installers are needed for a growing team. Ideal situation for anyone with at least a year of HVAC/R field experience and who wants to gain commercial refrigeration knowledge. The truth is, a great deal of the field is due to retire and new talent is required to fill big shoes with decades of experience! Learn from them while you can and you'll find yourself with endless opportunities in a stable industry for as long as you wish. Rain, sleet, shine, nor pandemic has slowed down the Refrigeration Industry. In fact, we've been busier than ever and new projects require more help! We have experienced technicians ready & willing to train those who have the drive.

We are looking for independent, quick-thinking problem solvers. Living close to the Mankato, MN area would be preferred, but not necessary. We have open projects that need your help throughout southern MN & northern IA. If you have the desire to always be learning, we're willing to invest in you. Every project is different and we promise you'll never be bored at work again!!

For experienced technicians, we need help in the field now. But if a change of pace is what you're really after, there are opportunities here to grow into sales & project management as well.

Qualifications:

• All backgrounds & ages 18+.
• Active driver's license required. 
• An EPA II certification is encouraged, but not required to start. 
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary:

• $30.00 - $50.00 per hour.
• Pay scale is based on experience + monthly incentives & education opportunities available.

Schedule:

• You'll typically work an 8-hour shift Mon-Fri, which can start at 7 or 8 am.
• If the jobs are done before 5, go home & get the family time in. Or not & keep going. It's up to you!
• Overtime pay is available if the project requires it.
• Rotating on-call schedule for weekend emergencies only.
