The Role: Lateral Associate - Labor & Employment | Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate specializing in Labor & Employment to join a prominent team in Los Angeles, CA. This position focuses on employer-side litigation with opportunities to provide advisory services and conduct investigations.

In this position, you will:

• Represent clients in class and representative actions involving wage and hour disputes and discrimination claims.
• Advise clients and conduct investigations related to labor and employment law matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality legal services.

Candidate Profile
Were looking for candidates who bring:

• Experience: Law school graduate from 20162020 with at least three years in a peer law firm specializing in labor and employment law. Experience with class actions is highly desirable.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Expertise: Employer-side litigation experience, excellent legal research and writing abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
