Job Overview:

Our client, located in the Country Club Plaza area of Kansas City, seeks a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper-Personal Assistant (HK-PA) to join their household. This role offers the flexibility of either live-in accommodations (a private apartment provided next door) or a live-out arrangement for candidates who reside within a convenient commute to the area. The ideal candidate will have a long-term commitment mindset and be highly adaptable to and eager to learn the employer’s particular needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Household Maintenance:
  

• Deep cleaning and light cleaning (particularly around delicate and breakable items)
  
• Laundry management
  
• Keeping household inventory stocked
  

• Personal Assistance:
  

• Drive employer to doctor appointments (car provided)
  
• Schedule and coordinate household vendors and maintenance services
  
• Personal shopping, errands, and online ordering
  
• Conduct internet research as needed
  
• Maintain files and organize household documentation
  
• Manage petty cash and small household expenses
  
• Assist with special projects as assigned
  

• Flexibility & Availability:
  

• Be available Monday through Friday, generally from  10am to 5pm , with occasional adjustments for early appointments or late vendor visits
  
• Remain accessible via phone/text on weekends for urgent needs
  
• Accommodate occasional early starts (e.g., 8:30am appointments)
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both housekeeping and personal assistant roles, ideally in a private household setting
  
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Discretion and respect for household protocols and preferences
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including deep cleaning and organizing
  
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in internet research and online shopping

Details:

• Annual Compensation of $70,000-$80,000 DOE + Health Insurance
  
• Live-In Option: Separate, fully-furnished apartment next door

• Car provided for work-related driving
