Note: This is a majority remote, work-from-home position; however, we do require someone who resides in the Houston area as we currently meet in-person one day a week.

What We're Looking For

In this role, you will assist clients with their computer, server, and networking needs. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our consulting group to provide ongoing support after their projects are completed.

For this role, we care less about your work experience and more about your knowledge and enthusiasm for technology. We believe that hands-on experience in a home lab speaks volumes about your dedication and interest in the field. If you’ve built computers, set up servers, switches, and firewalls, and enjoy the art of troubleshooting, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with computers, servers, and networking (home lab experience is highly valued!)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow from industry experts
