The credit division manages billions in assets. The Structured Credit team focuses on delivering innovative credit solutions across diverse portfolios.

Position Summary
The firm is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join the Structured Credit Portfolio Management team, located in San Francisco. Candidates with 1-4 years of relevant experience will be well-suited to support the team in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to trade decisions and portfolio optimization strategies through detailed analysis and presentation.
• Managing structured credit portfolios and enhancing analytical tools for portfolio management.
• Collaborating across trading, legal, and operational teams to ensure adherence to investment guidelines.
• Conducting thematic research within structured credit and ABS markets.
• Overseeing pre-trade compliance and trade allocation within portfolio frameworks.
• Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of credit risk across various portfolios.
• Staying informed on market trends and company-specific news in collaboration with the research team.
• Addressing investor queries and supporting portfolio managers with ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in CLO/structured credit trading, structuring or investing
• A working knowledge of leveraged loans, familiarity with ABS is ideal
• Proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis tools & programming languages (Python or R)
