About the Internship Program:
Over the course of 10 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro's beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship.
Our program runs between June 9- August 15, 2025 .

Every day, you’ll be working with innovative problem solvers, creative consumer marketers, and forward-thinking brand developers! You’ll help to lead global product development, marketing processes, line planning activities, and social strategies. In this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams; including but not limited to regional or global marketing, design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing on all phases of product development. You will assist on all consumer facing marketing activities such as advertising, communication, YouTube and other social strategies. Successful candidates are proactive, upbeat, collaborative, responsive, flexible, creative, analytical, strategic and decisive.
What You'll Do:
Collaborating with teams to complete brand initiatives, including discovering creative approaches to improve the business.
Demonstrating creative thinking and using consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands.
Assisting in the development of go-to-market product strategy, primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications.
Applying consumer insights and competitive market segments to demonstrate takeaways on the product line.
Aligning outstanding content and storytelling with strong commercial plans.
What You’ll Bring:
Currently pursuing an MBA focusing on Marketing, Data Analytics or Business focus with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025 .
Available to work full-time hours for 10 weeks in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location.
Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Digitally savvy, (product development, consumer marketing, retail)
Presentation skills: can deliver sophisticated information in a compelling way, uses story to persuade audience; captures interest, engages audience, uses supporting points to influence
Data analysis: can make sense of quantitative and qualitative information affecting the brand; exposure to Tubular, Net Base, etc. a plus
A keen sense of the world around you, and love to learn from it
Ability to figure things out and making things happen
A trend savvy mentality that thinks broadly about competitive sets
A spirit dedicated to achieving goals and comfortable in a corporate environment
Capable of trying new things and challenging the status quo
