Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Immigration Specialist for our client in the electronics manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to support a global B2B company focused on electronic components, modules, and substrate solutions.

• Location: San Jose, CA
• Pay: $35–$50/hour
• Shifts Available: Full-time, Day Shift | Onsite or Hybrid (as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes including visas, green cards, and export control
• Advise on visa strategy and legal documentation for candidates and employees
• Coordinate with legal counsel and vendors to resolve application or invoice issues
• Track, maintain, and reconcile visa and green card application records
• Stay current with immigration legislation and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
• 8+ years of corporate immigration experience; multinational experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of non-immigrant and immigrant visa classifications (H-1B, PERM, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to confidentiality
• Background in high-tech or electronics environments strongly preferred
