As the HVAC Service Manager at AirCo, you will:
Oversee payroll and batching processes to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to technicians both in the field and the office.
Lead impactful team meetings to align and inspire your crew.
Deliver exceptional customer service that reinforces AirCo’s stellar reputation.

Experience : 6-10 years of residential HVAC experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Licenses/Certifications : EPA certification, and Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Skills : Leadership and team development, Payroll and operational management, and Exceptional customer service
Availability : 41-50 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call responsibilities.
Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
