Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter to join our team. The position is based in Houston, Texas, and while the role is primarily remote, there may be quarterly meetings that require local attendance. The role is within a fast-paced environment, and while industry experience is not required, those with experience in healthcare or biotech may find it advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, managing approximately 15-20 varying requisitions across the organization.
• Utilize strong sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
• Perform thorough vetting and pre-screening of potential candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Utilize HR systems such as UKG and Workday for various tasks, including sourcing and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of hiring processes.
• Conduct background checks and handle other benefit functions as required.
• Utilize tools such as Careerbuilder and Microsoft Excel in the execution of duties.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Capability to conduct thorough and accurate background checks
• Understanding and ability to handle benefit functions related to HR
• Excellent documentation skills for maintaining employee records and HR reports
• Familiarity with various hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, from identifying potential hires to finalizing contracts
• Ability to conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, effectively assessing candidate suitability
• Skill in prescreening applicants to ensure they meet the basic requirements of the job before the interview stage.
