Position Summary

This 30-40 hour per week position includes benefits and offers an opportunity to support our clients in several key functional areas of HR. These areas include compensation, employee relations, payroll and benefits consulting, policy development, and onboarding / offboarding processes.

Our consulting work may be remote, hybrid, or on-site at client locations throughout the Traverse City area.  Each day will be a little different. This position pays $23-$38 per hour commensurate with experience. Your schedule can range from 30-40 hours per week depending on your preference. 
This position will require onsite work at our client locations.

• Broad and deep HR experience
• Strong compensation planning and payroll background
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to occasionally be onsite with clients
• Thrives on providing world-class client service
• Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Team-orientated with a proven ability to work autonomously as well.
• Comfortable with learning new technology and software systems
