Responsibilities include:
Performing routine cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting resident rooms and common areas
Ensuring all areas are tidy and sanitized, maintaining a pleasant environment for residents and staff
Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Assisting with seasonal deep cleaning tasks as we “spring clean” our facility
Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate staff
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting (but not required)
Compassionate attitude with a commitment to the well-being of our residents
