The Company:
Great Clips is the world’s largest salon brand. Rose Clips LLC is an independent franchisee operating Great Clips salons in the Portland Oregon metro area for 25 years.

The Position:
We are looking for haircare professionals that have excellent technical skills, are passionate about delivering great customer service and dedicated team players. Stylists new to the haircare profession will be mentored by team members and all stylists will be enrolled in Great Clips University (GCU) continuing education programs.

Requirements:

• Oregon Cosmetology and/or Barber License
• The passion to build genuine connections with clients and provide GREAT haircuts.
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience.
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe.
