Lead the Fun as Our Gym Director
My Gym is looking for an energetic and dedicated Gym Director to oversee our children’s fitness programs and daily operations. This leadership role blends team management, business know-how, and a passion for early childhood development into one incredibly rewarding opportunity. You'll drive a culture of positivity, fun, and growth—for kids, families, and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Commit to 35–40 hours per week, including some weekends
- Manage class schedules, staffing, and day-to-day facility operations
- Motivate and support team members with consistent leadership
- Cultivate strong relationships with families and ensure top-tier customer service
- Drive strategies for membership growth and retention
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all
What You Bring
- Proven experience working with young children in a structured setting
- Leadership or management background with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with both staff and customers
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Enthusiasm for movement, learning, and creating joyful experiences

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
