Now, we're looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize our user funnel. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Product, founders, CEO, and executive team to achieve ambitious goals. What You'll Do
Define and execute the company's growth strategy to drive revenue.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives.
Optimize the customer journey, focusing on acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Use data-driven decision-making to identify and execute product improvements.
Continuously experiment and iterate on strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 3 years in growth product management, ideally in consumer subscription-based startups or companies.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to identify new growth opportunities and conduct testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align on goals.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to experiment and adapt quickly.
